Das Utopie Planitia (Latein: "UtopieEinfach") ist der Bereich auf Mars wo die Marssonde Wikinger 2 gelandet auf 3. September1976. Es ist der Antipode von Argyre Planitia, etwa 49,7 nördlicher Breite, 118,0 östlicher Länge.

Das Utopie-Gletscher im Antarktis ist nach der Ebene Utopia Planitia auf dem Mars benannt.
