Bluesbirne (Früher Belgien Rhythm 'n' Blues Festival und oft abgekürzt mit BRBF), ist ein Blues-Festival im Belgien. Es findet jeden Sommer in der Deusterstraat in . statt Birne, genauer gesagt am zweiten oder dritten Wochenende im Juli. Das Festival fand erstmals in 1985. Treibende Kraft und Gründerin des BRBF-Festivals ist Misjel Daniels.

Das Festivalgelände besteht aus einer großen Wiese mit überdachter Hauptbühne. Auf der linken Seite befinden sich Stände, an denen Verkäufer T-Shirts, Poster und andere Erinnerungsstücke an Künstler verkaufen. Auf der rechten Seite, gleich neben der Bühne, befindet sich jedes Jahr ein "Plattenladen" mit einem breiten Angebot für den echten Blues-Fan. Auf dieser Seite befinden sich auch die Armaturenschränke. Die Essensstände befinden sich gegenüber der Bühne.

Über die Jahre BRBF hat es geschafft, viele tolle, internationale (Blues-)Künstler zu Peer zu locken. Einige dieser großen Namen sind Stevie Ray Vaughan, Curtis Mayfield, John Lee Hooker, Ray Charles, Wilson Pickett, Ike Turner, Jeff Healey, Bo Diddley, Solomon Burke, Etta James, Chuck Berry, Kleiner Richard, B. B. König, DR. John, Van Morrison, Taxi Calloway, Al Grün, Percy Schlitten, Peter Grün, John Mayall, Konservenhitze, Ray Davies, Mavis Heftklammern, Kleine Leistung, Steve Winwood, Jeff beck, John Fogerty, John Hiatt, Bucher t., Brian Setzer, ZZ-Oberseite und Jehtro Tulli.
