Graptophyllum ist ein Sex von Pflanzen aus dem Akanthus-Familie (Akanthusgewächse). Die Arten der Gattung kommen in Afrika, von Nigeria bis Kamerun und weiter Neu Guinea, in dem australisch Zustand Queensland und im südwestlichen Teil der Pazifikraum.^[1]
