homophob ist eine Gattung von Eidechsen gehört zu Geckos (Gekkota) und die Familie Gekkonidae. Die Gruppe wurde erstmals wissenschaftlich beschrieben von George Albert Boulenger im Jahr 1885.
Es gibt drei Arten, die in Afrika; in den Ländern Äthiopien, Kenia, Somalia, Tansania, Südafrika, Gabun, Nigeria und Zimbabwe.[1]
