Nachtleben ist eine Gattung von Eidechsen gehört zu Geckos (Gekkota) und die Familie Gekkonidae. Die Gruppe wurde erstmals wissenschaftlich beschrieben von Arnold Girard Kluge 1983.
Es gibt zwölf Arten, die in verschiedenen Ländern der Erde vorkommen Indischer Ozean, wie in den Ländern Australien und Malaysia.[1]
